FAQ
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Melbourne, Australia.
WHERE ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE?
I work with a Melbourne based Printer and Framer who hand make all their frames. Each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled by their team. All their timber is locally sourced from sustainable sources, using FSC certified Victorian Ash.
WHAT DOES FSC CERTIFIED FRAME MEAN?
FSC is a certification by the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC certification provides the highest level of protection for rare and endangered forests and wildlife of any existing forest certification scheme and is the only system that mandates consultation with local Indigenous Peoples.
HOW ARE THE FRAMES SHIPPED?
The frame is wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a 100% carbon neutral third party courier service. The cardboard packaging is comprised of 77% recycled content and 33% from FSC certified kraft fibres that are sourced from Gippsland in Victoria. All work is insured against loss or damage

A fine art digital print made on an inkjet printer. They are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. It is the industry standard in galleries and museums across the world.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
Printed on a 300 gsm 100% cotton rag, which is considered the most environmentally of photographic paper as it uses no tree fibres, instead it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile making industry.
WHY DO YOU USE ACRYLIC INSTEAD OF GLASS?
The 3mm Plexiglass used is museum grade. It is lighter than glass, helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.
IS MY ARTWORK READY TO HANG?
Yes! The back of the frame is finished with framer’s tape and stainless steel hanging wire.
