Care Instructions for garments

  • Machine wash cold with like colours

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not dry clean

  • Do not iron over print

  • Line dry in shade

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the delicate nature of artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

  • For any shipping concerns, please reach out directly to Mia at mia@miasully.com.

  • All garments are made to order as part of a limited preorder release. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or size swaps for change of mind or incorrect sizing once an order has been placed.

  • Please take care when selecting your size in all garments and read all product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

  • We only produce garments to what is ordered to help reduce waste and overproduction, so we appreciate your understanding and support of this slower, more thoughtful process.

  • Refunds or replacements for garments will only be offered if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Katma x Mia Sully PRE ORDER INFORMATION

The collection is available as pre-order only, created in small, considered batches to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Orders will be open for two weeks, then close while production begins.

Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks from the pre-order closing date for your piece to be made and shipped. You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Please note due to the nature of pre-sale we can not offer change in size/ change of mind once order has been made

Can I view your ARtworks in person?

Mia is represented by Aspire Gallery in Queensland, where a selection of her originals can be seen and purchased. She also has a curated collection of works available at Sedàe Store in New Zealand.

Shipping & Delivery

We want your artwork to arrive safely and beautifully, no matter where you are. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship Mia’s prints and original artworks.

Rolled (Unframed) Prints

  • Prints are carefully rolled in protective cellophane, then placed inside a rigid mailing tube.

  • Tubes are sealed with end caps and packed with recyclable materials for extra protection.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–3 weeks from dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Free shipping on all prints & originals

  • New Zealand: Free shipping on all prints & originals

Original Artworks

  • Shipped via courier with the utmost care.

  • Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap, fitted with protective corners, and boxed securely.

  • Currently shipping artworks within Australia & New Zealand only.

  • For international shipping quotes, please contact Mia directly: mia@miasully.com

ART Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 weeks (depending on your location).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I frame my print myself?

Yes! All prints are shipped unframed and rolled, making them easy to take to your local framer. We recommend using UV-protective glass or acrylic for longevity.

Printed on 320gsm archival cotton rag paper with a 5 cm border around the edges. For example, a 100 × 100 cm print has a finished image of 90 × 90 cm, with the remaining 5 cm on each side. This border allows your framer to either display the white edges or trim the paper to fit your frame.

What paper are the prints on?

All prints are created on 320gsm archival cotton rag paper with a 5 cm white border around the edges. This ensures the highest quality finish and makes them ready for professional framing.

Will my print look exactly like the image online?

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, but each print is created to closely match the original artwork.

What sizes are available?

Sizes are listed on each product page. If you’re looking for a custom size, please contact Mia to discuss availability.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, Mia occasionally creates custom works. Please email Mia with your ideas to start the conversation. mia@miasully.com

Can I pick up my order in Melbourne?

Yes, local pickup can be arranged for original artworks. Please contact Mia to schedule a time.
